In this episode of Championship Leadership, we interviewed Josh Marzucco, Former Realtor and now a Founder of Marzucco Real Estate.
Josh started out in the restaurant sports bar business with his dad back in 2008 and did a side hustle by flipping and building houses. Not long after, he decided to pursue his license in real estate and became a top agent in a real estate company. But things went downhill when they were bought out by a franchise brokerage, and that is when Josh decided to start his brokerage company.
Fast forward to today, Marzucco Real Estate Company now has 5 offices and over 400 agents all over the US. Turning one house into a home one at a time.
